Seacoast Vacations Property Management started as a dream among two friends, Alain Chinca and Scott Buchert. We had heard so many complaints and horror stories from property owners and guests about the large property management companies providing low quality services. We were convinced that by working together and combining our expertise, unique skills, and experience, we could provide high quality and personalized property management services to our community. 

 

With over 34 years of combined property management experience, we have learned  the ins and outs and challenges of property management. What sets us apart from big property management companies is that we provide superior and and very individualized services to our clients. We are on the front lines of the business which allows us to have regular contact and communication with our clients. Our unique and tailored approach  allows us to provide superior quality as we are attentive to the special needs of renters and property owners.
